Or if you need to file a notification about your plans. Use the permit check (in Dutch) to find out which rules from your municipality, province, or water board, apply to your situation.
For example, do you want to build an access road? Or connect a driveway to a public road? Then you can check the rules and apply for the necessary permit in the Environment and Planning Portal. Your application will be sent to the municipality or province. The permit check also says when a permit is required from the local water authority. For example, because you want to build a driveway over a ditch.
