You need a market permit (marktvergunning) to sell products at a market.

You can apply for the market permit online. You can log in with DigiD and complete the application form.

You can also apply for the permit at your municipality’s service counter. You should make an appointment to do this.

You can also call the municipality for more information about the permit and to start the application, 14 0113.

You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality 14 0113 or gemeente@kapelle.nl.

You will get a response to your application within 8 weeks.
