If you burden the environment, you must apply for an environmental permit or submit an Activities Decree notification (Activiteitenbesluit Internet Module, AIM, in Dutch).

In the Environment Desk online (Omgevingsloket online (in Dutch)) and environmental management notification online via the AIM (in Dutch) you can see whether you need a permit, whether you need to report or not. If you know that your company falls under the Activities Decree, you can report it directly via AIM.

Environmental management notification

A environmental management notification is free of charge.

All-in-one permit for physical aspects (environmental permit)
