Municipality Lelystad: Environment and planning permit for environmentally harmful activities

Go to the online service counter Omgevingsloket (in Dutch) to check if you need to submit a notification. In the Omgevingsloket you can see which rules apply in your municipality.
OmgevingsloketThe fee you have to pay depends on the type of permit you apply for. Please note that you also have to pay the fee if your application is rejected.
The municipality has 8 weeks (short procedure) to assess your application. In some cases, the municipality will take up to 6 months (extended procedure) to assess your application. This may be the case if you want something different from what is stated in the environment plan (omgevingsplan). The municipality can extend the period once by a period of 6 weeks.
If your application has been rejected, you can submit an objection to Omgevingsdienst Flevoland, Gooi & Vechtstreek.
Has your application been approved? Then others have the right to object to the municipality’s decision.
