Municipality Noordenveld: Applying for an event licence

• Evenements that last for more than 1 day, sports events and music events must be notified 12 weeks in advance. Other events must be notified 8 weeks in advance.
• Do you organise a street party, street barbeque, street play day, Palm Sunday procession, recreative hiking or bicycle tour or an open day at your business?  You dont need a permit, but you do have to report your activity.
• Do you need crush barriers or trash cans from the city? Make a reservation for them on the application form.

• Are there risks involved with your event? Then we require you to make a safety plan that you send with your application. Need an example? Requiest one by sending us an e-mail: postbus@noordenveld.nl
• We require that you send us a floor plan of your event. This is a drawing or a map of the location, in which you draw where buildings, crush barriers and emergency exits are situated. You can make the floor plan in Google Maps

You can apply for an event permit by filling out the application form on our website.

You will be notified within 8 weeks. 

• We will contact you if we need more information
• We discuss your application in our event meeting with the police, emergency services and fire department 
• We review your application on (fire) safety, accessibility, availability of toilets, medical facilities, alcohol and disturbance by music
