Do you run a company in the Netherlands and do you want to park your car near your business premises? At some locations you need a business parking permit or dispensation. You can apply for a permit or dispensation to your municipality or provincial authority. For example if you want to carry out work at a location where you are not allowed to park. Parking on the roadside (soft shoulder)

In many municipalities, you are not allowed to use the roadside (soft shoulder, verge) as a place to park, or as a location for your stall or van. If you want to park there, you must apply to your municipality for dispensation.

Parking on a provincial road

Do you want to park your vehicle on a provincial road? Then you may need to apply for dispensation from the provincial authorities.

Online application procedure via Message Box

You can also apply for dispensation to park on a provincial road via Message Box. Message Box is a secure email system that enables you as an entrepreneur to exchange digital messages with Dutch government agencies.
