A Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG, certificate of conduct) is a document stating that the behavior of the employee is not a problem for their job. The employer or the organization that needs the VOG starts the application. After this, the employee can continue the VOG application hrough via the municaplity or Justis.
