Do you have an SME and do you want to support employees with a long-term work disability? You can apply for a subsidy to purchase inclusive technologies. Such technologies can help reduce obstacles your employees with long-term work disabilities encounter in their work.

To find examples of inclusive technology you can check the inspiration tool or download the list of approved technologies (pdf, in Dutch).

Conditions for inclusive technology subsidy

You can apply for the subsidy if you meet the conditions (in Dutch):

  • You want advice on, or help with, deploying inclusive technologies (up to €1,000).
  • You plan to purchase inclusive technologies for current or prospective employees.
  • You draw up an action plan in which you describe how the technology will help employees with their occupational disabilities.

How to apply?

You can apply for the SME inclusivity technology subsidy (in Dutch) with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) during 2 periods:

  • from 1 October 2025, 9:00 hours until 28 November 2025, 17:00 hours
  • from 5 January 2026, 9:00 hours until 29 May 2026, 17:00 hours
