Transport companies must have administrative staff

What changes?

Do you work in the transport business? There are new requirements for the offices of transport companies.

To meet the establishment requirements, a transport business must have:

• qualified administrative staff
• sufficient office space
• technical facilities

These requirements are meant to help reduce the existence of so-called letter-box companies.

• entrepreneurs active in the transport sector

When?

This change is the result of the European 'mobility package' and has come into force on 21 February 2022.
