The application for a market permit costs: € 59,05

Additional costs

You must also pay market tax (marktgeld) for the use of municipal land (precario). 

The market tax is: 

a. For a pitch with a frontlength of max. 4 meters:

for a year: € 419,60

for three months: € 114,58

for a day: € 9,09

b. For every meter additional to the 4 meters described under a:

for a year: € 104,99

for three months: € 26,22

for a day: € 1,99

c. For market vendors per m2 (with a minimum of 10 m2): € 0,86

d. For new entrepreneurs the following arrangement exists: ‘3 months = 2 months’ for new entrepreneurs on the market. Contrary to Article 7, the market money is paid in advance. There will be no refund of the market tax if no position is occupied during the starting period of 3 months.
