Do you want a stand on the market? Then you need a permit. You apply for the permit from the municipality.
Weekly markets are held in several residential areas on Goeree-Overflakkee:
- Dirksland
- Goedereede
- Ooltgensplaat
- Ouddorp
- Oude- Tonge
- Sommelsdijk
NBA marketplace permit is different from a parking permit.
You need a parking permit if you want to park in a public place in the open air. For example on or near the public road.
Description
If you want to have a one-off or permanent stand on the market, you need a permit. The municipality will check whether space is available and whether you are eligible for the permit. The municipality may put you on a waiting list.

How to apply for a permit for a market place:
- You contact the municipality.
- You pass on, among other things:
- a recent proof of registration with the Chamber of Commerce (Trade Register)
- your valid ID
- whether you want a one-time or permanent pitch
- what you are going to sell

The municipality will make a decision within 8 weeks of receiving your application. The municipality may extend this term once.
You can object to the decision on your application. Do this within 6 weeks. Do you subsequently disagree with the decision on the notice of objection? Then file an appeal with the court.
