You need a market permit (marktvergunning) to sell products at a market.

Market trading falls under itinerant trading. No diplomas are required for the sale of goods in a market. You must meet the conditions below. Conditions for applying for a marketplace permit You are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce. You are registered with the central registration office of the main retail trade board. You have taken out market insurance Opening hours weekly market Beek en Donk: 09:00-12:00 Aarle-Rixtel and Lieshout: 08.30-12.30 o’clock

You arrange a parking permit for the weekly market in writing. Send an email to Gemeente@laarbeek.nl(link sends e-mail) or send a letter to PO Box 190, 5740 AD Beek en Donk. What you need With the email or letter you must send: A copy of your valid ID An extract from the Chamber of Commerce You must also state the following with your application: Description of the nature of your trade. Date of the market you want to be on. At which location you want to be on the market. Do you have a sales car yourself or do you want to use a market stall How many meters do you need for your sales truck or market stall

You will pay the following for the parking permit at the weekly market in 2022: Beek en Donk €8.24 per quarter Aarle-Rixtel €7.20 per quarter Lieshout € 5.88 per quarter

You will get a response to your application within weeks.
