You need a market permit (marktvergunning) to sell products at a market.
In the municipality of Maassluis two weekly markets are held:
- on Fridays in the parking lot on the Marelstraat, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm,
- on Tuesdays in the parking lot at the Koningshoek shopping center, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

First, find out which market you want to sell at, and contact the municipality .

You can apply for the market permit online on the website of the municipality. You can log in with DigiD or eHerkenning and complete the application form.
By telephone
You can also call the municipality for more information about the permit.
You pay a fee for this service. You must also pay market tax (marktgeld) for the use of municipal land (precario). For more information, contact the municipality.
You will get a response to your application within 2 weeks.
