You need a market permit (marktvergunning) to sell products at a market.

The municipality distinguishes between permanent pitches and day pitches. A day pitch is allocated on the spot by the market master. Fixed places are valid for a longer period of time. 

  1. Day places are permanent places that are not occupied due to illness, holidays, etc
  2. The municipality checks the application against the Regulation on market money for the municipality of Moerdijk 2020  and the Market Regulations and the most important criterion: the sector
  3. To keep the permit for the assigned stand, you must actually use the stand
  4. You must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

Take

  1. A valid ID
  2. A recent extract from your registration with the Chamber of Commerce

You can also send an e-mail to info@moerdijk.nl , post it in the mailbox at the town hall, entrance Pastoor van Kessellaan 15 or hand it in at the counters.
