Municipality Tiel: Applying for a market permit

Commercial location Bring/send:

• copy of a valid proof of identity or extract from the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce name
• address, postal code and place of residence of the applicant
• concrete location with a situation drawing
• dimensions (height, width and length) of the pitch
• the days and times on which the location wishes to be occupied
• industry (what do you want to sell)

Non-commercial location Bring/send:

• name ,address, postal code and place of residence of the applicant
• Location
• day and time on which you wish to take up a position
• name activity (why you want to take up a location)
• the dimensions of the pitch.

The (legal) costs will be charged for processing an application for a stand permit.

Stand permit rates 2022:

• 1 week or less 49.55 euros
• 1 week to 1 month 99.30 euros
• 1 month up to and including 1 quarter 149.05 euros
• 1 quarter up to and including 1 year 197.65 euros
