You need a market permit to sell products on the market. You must also be registered with the Chamber of Commerce

  • copy of proof of the corporate liability insurance 
  • copy of your valid ID

For the farmer’s market you must also send:

  • copy of the Eko label and/or B.D. license of your products

You can apply for the market permit online. You can log in with or without DigiD.

The costs for registration are: 

  • € 40,70 for registration for 1 market 
  • € 13,70 for each additional market
  • € 13,70 for renewal of registration for 1 calendar year
