Do you want to sell goods or food from a stand or van on a (public) road? Then you must apply for a market trader’s licence (standplaatsvergunning).

  • You must submit an application for a residence permit.
  • You need a situation drawing.
  • You need a written, dated and signed statement of permission from the land owner, stating the day(s) and time(s) of use of the pitch. If you use municipal land, there are costs involved. A rental agreement is concluded for this.
