Do you want to organize an event? Then you need a permit or you must submit a notification. In some cases, an event is both permit-free and notification-free.

Nothing is not required

If your event meets the conditions below, no notification or permit is required.

  • there are fewer than 100 attendees at the busiest time.
  • the event will not disrupt traffic or emergency services
  • before 10:00 am and after 10:00 pm, the event will not produce any noise

When notifying is required

Als uw evenement aan onderstaande voorwaarden voldoet, dan kunt u een melding doen.

  • there are fewer than 200 attendees at the busiest time.
  • the event is between 08.00 and 23.00.
  • the event is not taking place on roads.
  • the event will not disrupt traffic or emergency services.
  • you place a maximum of 2 small objects with a surface area of less than 10 m2 per object, such as a bouncy castle or a barbecue.
  • before 10:00 am and after 10:00 pm, the event will not produce any noise

The organizer must notify the municipality at least 10 working days before the event.

When a permit is required:

Does your event not meet the conditions for a notification? Then you need a permit.

The organizer must apply for a permit from the municipality at least 8 weeks, preferably 12 weeks before the event takes place.
