If you want to organize an event, you usually need an event permit. The event permit contains rules and points to pay attention to. The organizer must adhere to the rules. Sometimes no permit is required, but a notification is sufficient.

If the event lasts longer than one day, you always need an event permit.

If your event meets the conditions below, all you need to do is report it:

  • it concerns a flow-on event;
  • the number of attendees does not exceed one hundred people;
  • the event takes place between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM;
  • no music can be heard before 1:00 PM or after 11:00 PM;
  • the event does not take place on the road, (moped) cycle path, parking lot or anywhere else where it constitutes an obstacle to traffic and emergency services;
  • only small objects with an area of less than ten square meters per object are placed;
  • there is an organizer;
  • the organizer has notified the mayor within fifteen working days prior to the event.
