If you wish to organise an event, you must notify the municipality and, in some cases, apply for a permit.

Below are the conditions for a notification. If you meet all the conditions, a notification is sufficient. If not, you will need to apply for a permit.

You do not need a permit if your event meets all the conditions below:

  • The number of visitors, including participants, does not exceed 350 people at the same time
  • The event takes place between 08.00 and 24.00
  • No live and/or amplified music is played after 23.00 hours
  • No traffic measures are required other than the withdrawal of parking spaces and closure of roads that are not considered area access roads
  • Only small objects are placed with a surface area of less than 80m2 per object
  • No more than 150 people are present per tent
  • No other event takes place at the location
  • No emergency services are required
  • The event is not a carnival parade, martial arts gala, monster truck show, motor sports event, motor sports event or water sports event

If your event does not meet any of these conditions, you must apply for a permit.
