Municipality Oisterwijk: Applying for an event licence
Want to organise an event for more than 250 visitors? Then apply for a permit in time. You can apply for the permit online. You will need your DigiD or e-recognition. Less than 250 visitors and meet a number of conditions? Then a notification is sufficient.
Are you organising an event on a public road and meet all the requirements for a notification? Contact us for the permit. You may need to provide less information than for a regular event.
Evenementenvergunning aanvragen- The event takes place on Monday to Thursday between 09:00 and 23:00 and on Friday and Saturday between 09:00 and 01:00 and on Sunday between 13:00 and 23:00
- You play music between 09:00 and 23:00 on Monday to Thursday, between 09:00 and 01:00 on Friday and Saturday and between 13:00 and 23:00 on Sunday
- The event will not take place on the road, cycle path or car park
- There is always free access for emergency services
- You only place objects with a surface area no larger than 20 m2
- You inform local residents at least 1 week in advance
- The organiser is present

Arrange the application well before the event takes place (including construction). If applications are incomplete or late, it may mean that your event cannot take place. Our deadlines are:
- 4 weeks in advance for an event with a notification
- 12 weeks in advance for an event with a permit

We look at safety, public order, fire safety, serving alcohol and possible nuisance from music, among other things, when applying for a licence and reporting.
