If you wish to organise an event, you must notify the municipality and, in some cases, apply for a permit.

For many small events, you do not need a permit. In such cases, you can provide notification of the event free of charge.

Large events must be notified 16 weeks in advance. Smaller events must be notified 8 weeks in advance.

The amount that you have to pay depends on the type of event that you are organising.

You will be notified within 8 weeks. The municipality may extend this notice period once.
