If you want to organize an event, you usually need a permit. You can check this online with the permit check. You do not need a permit for some small events. Then you can report the event for free.

Are you applying for a permit? Then you need to add these 4 attachments:

  1. Safety plan
  2. Mobility plan
  3. Communications plan
  4. Detailed map of the equipped event area

Permit check

Carry out the permit check (in Dutch). Do you just need to report? Then you can do so immediately after the permit check.

Apply for a permit

You can apply for the permit online at the municipality.

The amount that you have to pay depends on the type of event that you are organising. For more information, contact the municipality.

You pay for the use of municipal land.

The processing of an application takes 12 weeks, so apply for the permit on time.
