If you wish to organise an event, you must notify the municipality and, in some cases, apply for a permit. You can check this online using the permit check (vergunningscheck).
A permit needs to be requested no later than 6 weeks before the start of the event.
The conditions for an event permit can be found on the municipal website.
On the municipal website you will find a form to report an event.

You will be notified within 8 to 10 weeks. The municipality may extend this notice period once.
