If you want to organize an event, you must apply for an event licence.
An event is a publicly accessible type of entertainment. Think of a fair, parade, (neighborhood) party or music performance. But also a commemoration ceremony or a road race.
You must submit the application for your event licence at least 8 weeks in advance.

You can submit your application by post. Download the form Event licence and send it to: Gemeente Zeist, Ondernemersplein, Postbus 513, 3700 AM Zeist
In person
Make an appointment with Ondernemersplein via ondernemersplein@zeist.nl. You can then discuss your application.
An event licence costs € 45,50.
You will be notified within 8 weeks. The municipality may extend this notice period once, by 8 weeks.
