If you run a catering company in the Netherlands that only sells alcohol-free beverages, in some municipalities you will need a food and drink permit (drank- en horecaverlof). Certain associations and foundations, such as residents’ associations and sports clubs, must also have a food and drink permit. You can obtain a food and drink permit from your municipal authority.
