Municipality Oudewater: Permit for gaming machines and amusement arcades
If you want to place 1 or 2 slot machines (such as slot machines and pinball machines) in your catering business, you need an operating license from the municipality. You can apply for this permit online.
Find out more- You must have a valid alcohol and operating license (catering).- You may place games of chance (slot machines) and skill machines (pinball machines) in a cafe, restaurant or arcade. In a sports canteen, cafetaria or community center you may only install skill machines.- You may place a maximum of 2 slot- or skill machines.- You must submit your application at least 8 weeks before installing the machines.
