Municipality Tiel: Certificate of conduct for individuals (VOG)

If you apply for the certificate of good conduct via the municipality, please bring the following documents:

• The completed application form
• proof of identity
• Debit card or cash

Your employee or volunteer pays for the VOG application.

a digital VOG application costs: € 33.85 

a written VOG application to the municipality costs: € 41.35

The employee or volunteer will receive the VOG or the denial within 4 weeks at the address you specify in the application.
