You can apply to Zwolle municipality for a certificate of conduct (VOG) for your employee or volunteer.
Apply for a Certificate of conductCan't apply digitally? Then you make an appointment to submit the application at the city office. You bring:
- An ID
- Your debit card. You pay the VOG application at the counter.
- Digital: the organization that asks you for the VOG will prepare the application form digitally for you.
- Via the municipality: has the organization that asks you for the VOG not prepared a digital application form for you? Or is there no organization that asks you for the VOG? Then you submit your application at the Municipal Office. You make an appointment for this.
Your employee or volunteer pays for the VOG application.

The employee or volunteer will receive the VOG or the denial within 8 weeks at the address you specify in the application.
