Do you want to do business in Belgium or establish a business there? The Belgian Point of Single Contact (PSC) provides you with information about the economic situation and opportunities. The information is available in 4 languages, including English and Dutch.

Find out about rules and procedures

On the PSC Belgium website, you can choose the starting point for your journey. For example, starting a business in Belgium, or offering your products or services. You can then find all the key rules and procedures relevant to your situation.

Online procedures

For online procedures, the PSC refers you to the relevant authority. For example, online registration in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (the Belgian Business Register) is possible at an accredited one-stop business shop. When you register, they also arrange several other obligations, such as registering for VAT liability.

Business Counter locations

Belgium has 8 recognised Business Counters that help you with permits or registrations. You have to pay for this service. The fee for registration in the Business Register is the same at all locations. The fees for other services (such as applying for licences) may differ between the Business Counter locations.

You cannot contact Belgium’s PSC directly. For alternative contact options and more official information, visit the website of the Belgian government.
