Boosting innovative European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)

Invest Horizon was an EU programme that ran from 2014 to May 2017. It was designed to boost investment in innovative European SMEs by developing – in its own words – investment readiness and investor sensitisation. Although the programme has now ended, much of its supportive content can still be found online, for example:

a. Online Courses

Free online educational content and massive open online courses (MOOCs) on Investment Readiness, Mechanics of Investment and Emerging Sectors for Investors, etc. Topics include business, management, entrepreneurship, industry, technology, equity, investment, etc.

b. Invest Horizon Highlights

This online brochureExternal link outlines the activities and successes of Invest Horizon over the course of its three years.

c. Event: Boosting Investment Readiness of SMEs

A one-day-workshop will take place on the 29th of November in Brussels in order to disseminate and communicate the programme´s impact and lessons learnt among stakeholders.More information and registration can be found on the Invest HorizonExternal link website.
