Temporary Subsidy Scheme for Aviation in Transition (LIT)
Does your business contribute to reducing harmful emissions in the aviation sector? And are you doing so with a project aimed at developing technological solutions, innovative concepts and/or new insights within the aviation industry? You may be eligible for the Temporary Subsidy Scheme for Aviation in Transition (Tijdelijke subsidieregeling Luchtvaart in Transitie, LIT).
The Aviation in Transition scheme consists of 5 modules:
- Knowledge and Test Vouchers: for SME’s that have a ‘knowledge question’ concerning innovation, production processes, or services in aviation, or that want to test their technology or innovation (in Dutch).
- Feasibility Project: for SME’s wanting to carry out a feasibility study on the technical and economic risks of their innovation project (in Dutch).
- R&D Collaboration Project: for SME’s wanting to develop or innovate products, production processes, or services in the aviation sector in collaboration with other SMEs (in Dutch).
- Venture Booster Knowledge Vouchers: for startups that have a ‘knowledge question’ concerning funding and product market fit of their innovation (in Dutch).
- Module Supporting Research: for knowledge institutions and businesses wanting to cooperate with a knowledge institution on research projects concerning smart structural components and hydrogen-powered flights (in Dutch).
