Doorstep sales only binding after written consent (withdrawn)

Please note: this change will not happen. The EU does not allow the introduction of the requirement for a written agreement (schriftelijkheidsvereiste).

What would have changed?

Do you sell contracts or subscriptions at the door? Purchase contracts resulting from door-to-door sales would only have been binding if the customer agreed to the offer in writing after the sales conversation. For example by e-mail.
