What changes?

Do you sell contracts or subscriptions at the door? In future, purchase contracts resulting from door-to-door sales are only binding if your customer agrees to the offer in writing after the sales conversation. They can do so by e-mail, for example.

This requirement for a written agreement (schriftelijkheidsvereiste) will legally apply to door-to-door sales. A contract or purchase will then only be binding when the customer agrees to the contract or offer in writing, after the conversation. This means you customer has to agree to the purchase in writing after agreeing verbally during the conversation.
