You need a market permit (marktvergunning) to sell products at a market.

  • valid identity document
  • if you are not a citizen of a country in the EER: a valid Dutch working permit
  • sizes of your sales van or market stall
  • photo of your sales van or market stall
  • site plan of how you use the location

Online

You can apply for the market permit online. You can log in with DigiD or eHerkenning  and complete the application form. 

By telephone

You can also call the municipality for more information about the permit and to start the application.

The application for a market permit costs: € 48,35

You will get a response to your application within 8 weeks.
