If you rent out more than 10 homes with a rent price below the social housing rent limit and you are investing in these homes through construction, renovation, demolition or conversion, you may be eligible for reduction of the landlord levy under the Landlord Levy Reduction Scheme (Regeling Vermindering Verhuurderheffing).
When do you qualify?
Your investmentsare aimed at:
- transforming real estate from non-residential to residential (national);
- demolishing homes in shrinkage regions (certain districts);
- dealing with the housing stock problem in Rotterdam South (several districts).
How to apply?
You cannot apply for the Landlord levy reduction scheme at present.
